I can offer all types of tree surveys from small domestic condition surveys on a single tree to large estates, schools and development site surveys to BS 5837: 2012.

I also provide full or partial woodland surveys and management plans, looking at Health and Safety, public access, woodland consultation and training.  All surveys are recorded in an interactive report or management plan using up to date software.  Each commission is different and so whatever you’re looking for I can arrange.

Development tree surveys to BS5837: 2012 are a Local Authority requirment prior to planning applications where trees are in the vacinity. The process includes a full tree survey, schedule and constraints plan with a tree protection plan if needed. 

Condition Surveys will take the quessing out of the landowners hands and provide a full report on the safety of the trees, the severity of  any risks and what you can do about it if you need to.
