This includes full BS5837 : 2012 Tree Survey, Arboricultural Impact Asessment and Tree Constraints Plan. Also included are Method Statements and Tree Protection Plans if needed.
Using an uncomplicated approach to tree surveying, the safety surveys and subsequent reports provide the client with the essential information needed. This does include any other notes needed for duty of care and also interest. I am not affiliated with any single tree surgeon business which means I don’t put unnecessary works in place. (I do know a few good ones though)
Resistograph surveys are also available... just ask.

The full mortgage report will provide straightforward information on all relevant trees. The condition, structural stability and any potential risks in terms of direct damage to property and surrounding surfaces will be recorded. The report will also assess subsidence related risk and give appropriate recommendations.
The report can be used to negotiate with any other party involved where significant problems are identified.
